Why should I hire Clay Pigeon Communications over [other marketing agency]?
Most marketing agencies are really good at one of two things: strategy or execution. They will come up with a great plan on how to get the word out, but then they’ll outsource the execution to ChatGPT and contractors who don’t understand the financial industry.
Or they’ll write great content, but not think about the strategy.
Great strategy without execution is just farting in the wind, and great execution without strategy is just more fodder for AI bots.
We’ve been writing for advisors and fintech companies for over a decade, and in that time, we’ve come to understand that the best results require end-to-end commitment from strategy to execution. So that’s what we do: Everything.
In addition, we are intentionally small. While some agencies are focused on growing their business as fast as possible so they can sell it in 10 years, we are focused on providing a handful of clients with high-quality service.
How much does it cost to work with Clay Pigeon Communications?
The prices for our services varies depending on the details of the engagement (amount of research required, number of interviews, length, etc.). That being said, our typical article runs anywhere from $0.75 to $1.25 per word.

Those prices seem high. Why should I pay that much when I can get white-label content for a fraction of the cost?
You’re right, you could get canned content at a lower price. And you could also get canned green beans at a much lower price than fresh ones. If you prefer canned, more power to you. We prefer to keep it fresh.
